Job Description
Triply is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and service-driven Travel and Tours Coordinator with strong expertise in East African destinations and proven experience managing both regional and international travel programs.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, responsive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless coordination of corporate travel, leisure tours, group movements, and tailor-made itineraries while delivering exceptional client experiences. The candidate should also have a proven track record of achieving monthly departmental targets while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate corporate travel, leisure tours, and group movements.
Design and manage tailor-made itineraries for regional and international travel.
Ensure seamless travel experiences by maintaining high responsiveness and organizational standards.
Meet or exceed monthly departmental targets while maintaining high service standards.
Deliver exceptional client service throughout the travel planning and execution process.
Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet all client and operational needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum qualification of a BA/BSc/HND degree.
Strong expertise and knowledge of East African travel destinations.
Proven experience managing both regional and international travel programs.
Demonstrated track record of achieving monthly departmental targets.
Highly organized, responsive, and capable of multitasking.
