Territory Coordinator – Crop Protection (Eldoret Region)

A reputable agribusiness company is looking for a proactive Territory Coordinator to support market expansion and increase sales of crop protection products within Eldoret and surrounding regions.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Achieve monthly sales and product movement targets.\n- Build and maintain strong relationships with agro-dealers and stockists.\n- Organize farmer trainings, demonstrations, and promotional activities.\n- Identify and support key farmers and opinion leaders within the territory.\n- Maintain farmer and stakeholder databases.\n- Gather market intelligence and recommend strategic actions.\n- Support and supervise field promoters and product champions.\n\n### Qualifications & Experience\n- Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Agriculture, Crop Protection, Animal Health, or a related field.\n- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role is an added advantage.\n\n### Skills & Competencies\n- Strong communication and mobilization skills.\n- Ability to work independently and meet targets.\n- Good supervisory and organizational skills.\n- Knowledge of the local market environment is advantageous.
