Role Overview\nAs a Tender Manager, you will be responsible for protecting and driving profitable revenue growth through ownership and oversight of the inquiry-to-order (ITO) process, inclusive of price maintenance and risk mitigation. The role functions as the main owner of tendering activity for the segment, responsible for articulating winning strategies based on tailored value propositions. You will gather all necessary input on capacity, costing, and pricing relevant to tenders while keeping all stakeholders involved throughout the tendering cycle.\n\n### Responsibilities\n* Developing proposals and negotiating with customers to ensure deals deliver shareholder value and drive competitive pricing.\n* Compiling and submitting required tender documentation.\n* Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge, adapting sales processes to specific client conditions.\n* Validating risk and reward balance, considering terms and conditions, technical risks, margin, and security of payment.\n* Driving pricing and conditions to a high degree of granularity within predefined contract price frameworks.\n* Promoting BH business value propositions to customers and internal stakeholders through solution-based selling.\n* Collaborating with Global PL HQ, Global OFSE HQ, and Region OFSE Sales teams, including market intelligence, technical sales, and commercial risk teams.\n* Upholding the integrity and overseeing the governance of all commercial processes, policies, and procedures.\n* Building and maintaining pricing strategies for the segment and region in collaboration with sales teams.\n* Ensuring understanding of customer requirements to provide the best technical and commercial solutions at the lowest risk.\n* Working with engineering, technology, and supply chain to provide product cost-out options and other profitability pathways.\n* Conducting After Action Review (AAR) lessons learned on high-value strategic deals lost.\n* Owning the ITO-to-OTR (Order to Receipt) handoff process to ensure execution on promises made to the customer.\n\n### Requirements\n* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Mandatory).\n* Master’s degree from an accredited university or college (Preferred).\n* Minimum of 3 years of experience in either a Sales or Commercial role.\n* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Drilling and Completions Fluids.\n* Experience with Commercial Tools and analytical systems (e.g., Deal Machine, Quote Machine / CPQ).\n* Broad experience in the ITO process, projects business, P&L management, and commercial discipline.\n* Proven analytical, problem-solving, and process management skills.\n* Strong oral and written communication skills.\n* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.\n* Ability to travel 20% of the time.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified?
