Progressive Credit is looking for a dynamic Team Leader for their Mombasa branch. The successful candidate will lead the branch team, focusing on achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio, supporting debt recovery, and ensuring excellent client relations within the microfinance sector.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets and actively acquire new customers.
Portfolio Quality: Ensure that high-quality loans are referred to the business.
Facility Recovery: Provide support in the recovery of credit facilities referred by yourself and your team.
Customer Service: Maintain zero tolerance for customer complaints, ensuring excellent service delivery and building strong relationships.
Confidentiality: Maintain high levels of confidentiality regarding customer information.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing or any business-related course.
Experience:
Practical working experience in a Microfinance Institution (MFI) is required.
At least 4 years of experience as a Team Leader or Branch Manager.
