Progressive Credit is seeking a qualified and motivated Team Leader for its Donholm branch in Nairobi. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring high-quality loan referrals, and managing key customer relationships while leading and supporting your branch team to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets and acquire new customers.
Ensure a high level of quality loans are referred to the business.
Provide support in the recovery of credit facilities referred by yourself and your team.
Maintain a zero-tolerance standard for both internal and external customer complaints.
Ensure the absolute confidentiality of customer information.
Deliver outstanding customer service and cultivate strong relationship management.
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing or any other Business-related course.
Practical working experience in a Micro Finance Institution (MFI).
At least 4 years of experience as a Team Leader or Branch Manager.
