Progressive Credit is seeking a Team Leader for our Nairobi branch. The ideal candidate will lead a team to achieve monthly sales targets, ensure high-quality loan referrals, and maintain excellent customer relationships while upholding strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets and bring in new customers.
Ensure a high level of quality loans are referred to the business.
Provide support in the recovery of facilities referred by yourself and the team.
Ensure zero tolerance for customer complaints, both internal and external.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality of customers' information.
Deliver high-quality customer service and build strong relationships.
Requirements and Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or any Business-related course.
Practical working experience in a Micro Finance Institution (MFI).
At least 4 years of experience as a Team Leader or Branch Manager.
