Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Own sales targets, monitor daily performance figures, and track sell-through by brand.
• Team Management: Recruit sales agents, coach and supervise sales executives, run daily briefings, and manage team attendance and conduct.
• Operations: Track team performance, manage stock levels, and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Customer & Relationship Management: Handle escalations and build strong partner relationships.
• Reporting & Administration: Generate daily sales reports, manage stock reports, and track performance metrics.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, or Marketing.
• 2–4 years of team lead sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Background in mobile, electronics, or FMCG distribution is highly preferred.
