We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to be based at our Kisii Town branch. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in hospital marketing, outreach, and patient acquisition, who can effectively promote our healthcare services and drive brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the hospital's services.
Market Outreach: Conduct community and market outreach, and establish robust referral networks.
CSR & Events: Coordinate and support hospital events, outreach clinics, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
Reporting & Tracking: Prepare sales/marketing reports and track performance metrics to monitor success.
Brand Visibility: Increase brand visibility and patient growth through targeted campaigns.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of sales and marketing experience within a busy hospital environment.
Track Record: Proven success in sales, community outreach, and patient acquisition.
Skills: Excellent communication, public relations, and teamwork skills.
Location: Willingness to work in Kisii Town.
