Amentum is a global leader in designing, engineering, and modernizing critical systems and programs of national importance. We are seeking a T-Line Production Superintendent to lead our aviation operations in Lamu. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing mandatory training in support of PWS requirements and ensuring strict aviation safety compliance. This role serves as a designated trainer for all contractor employees performing tasks within the sub-annex, ensuring all training is properly documented.
Key Responsibilities
- Training & Supervision: Act as the designated trainer for contractor employees, conducting On-the-Job Training (OJT) and annual training for a 10-person shop.
- Ramp Management: Develop, coordinate, and implement parking plans for a diverse range and number of aircraft on two ramps, collaborating with the Navy, USAF, Coalition forces, and AMC contract flights.
- Information Management: Serve as the single source of information for T-Line annex and BOSC contract requirements.
- Technical Coordination: Act as the primary coordinator between T-Line and AMC for any non-organic Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) requests.
- Logistics Support: Coordinate with Fuels and ATOC to ensure aircraft refueling and cargo requests are supported.
- Operational Communication: Notify Air Ops, AMC, ATOC, and T-Line of any aircraft maintenance delays or issues.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations meet aviation safety standards and contract specifications.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: BA/BSc degree or Higher National Diploma (HND).
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of Production experience as defined within AFI 21-101_AMCSUP 1 Chapters 3 & 4 or equivalent DOD/civilian experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with large body aircraft is preferred.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (both verbal and written communication).
- Licensing: Must have a current and valid driver’s license (US or International).
