Job Description
Kilifi Fried Chicken is looking for a dedicated Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure the highest standards of service and efficiency at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating daily workflows, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our customers.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain and enforce high standards of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Manage staff shifts, schedules, and overall workflow coordination.
Monitor stock levels and inventory, reporting any shortages or replenishment needs promptly.
Ensure strict adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards within the facility.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Requirements and Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
A BA/BSc/HND qualification in a relevant field.
Proven ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively.
Strong understanding of hospitality hygiene and service standards.
