As a Service Delivery Coordinator for Drilling Services, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring all drilling service job activities across organizational boundaries. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing everything from job planning and resource mobilization to execution and closeout. The role focuses on ensuring seamless service delivery while maintaining strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and preventing revenue leakage through accurate invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
HSE Compliance: Apply Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained.
Operational Execution: Conduct all activities in line with Baker Hughes non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars.
Project Planning: Plan, coordinate, and monitor all drilling service job activities in line with the Monthly/Medium-Term Job Cycle (MTJC).
Resource Management: Handle the scheduling, mobilization, and dispatching of drilling service resources, including personnel, tools, and equipment, to meet operational timelines.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during job planning, execution, and closeout phases.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with field crews, engineering, logistics, and support functions to ensure seamless service delivery.
Issue Resolution: Ensure prompt escalation of operational, technical, or commercial issues that could impact service delivery or customer objectives.
Financial Integrity: Ensure assigned contracts, pricing, and quotations are fully understood and that invoicing is accurate and timely.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with equivalent relevant work experience).
Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to coordinate and support field personnel in demanding operational environments.
Communication: Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Management: Ability to manage multiple drilling projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
Collaboration: Success in building strong customer relationships and collaborating internally to resolve operational challenges.
