BANK OF AFRICA - KENYA LIMITED (BOA-KENYA) is seeking a Senior Relationship Officer – Digital Sales. The role involves initiating and managing relationships with digital channel business partners and agents to drive the bank's digital footprint and product penetration. The successful candidate will support third-party relationships, execute sales initiatives, and track channel performance to ensure business goals are met.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Financial
Initiate and manage relationships with digital channels business partners/agents.
Support relationships with third parties to drive market footprint, customer accessibility, and availability of digital channels and products.
Implement sales, usage, and retention initiatives to drive product penetration in line with business goals.
Track and analyze the performance of digital channels and implement corrective actions.
Champion the execution of digital channels business plans to support growth strategies and exceed e-channels business goals.
Customer
Focus on customer retention by offering solutions that create customer stickiness.
Support branch teams to achieve digital product targets and formulate plans to acquire new consumers.
Develop a culture of responsibility and ownership of objectives until customer satisfaction is achieved.
Provide continuous product training for bank teams and clients.
Operational Efficiency
Contribute to the establishment of new business practices, procedures, and guidelines for assigned digital products.
Ensure adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) as set out in Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Track the resolution of customer issues.
Represent Bank of Africa (BOAK) in forums with external bodies such as Visa, Cellulant, and MasterCard.
Comply with internal and external regulatory policies and maintain appropriate risk management.
Participate in product documentation, specifications, release notes, and internal communications.

Minimum Requirements
Work Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in banking sales, preferably in digital banking or relationship management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related course.
Advanced Degree: Master’s Degree in Business Administration is desirable.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of customer value propositions, banking/Telco operations, transaction banking, and retail.
Computer Skills: Highly computer literate with intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
