Role Overview
CDL Human Resource is seeking a Senior Marketing Officer to lead marketing initiatives and drive growth across multiple brands within the group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing brand identity, and executing performance-driven digital campaigns. This role is ideal for a commercially-oriented marketing professional with extensive experience in the B2B space and a proven track record of generating leads and building brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute annual group marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Establish distinct brand positioning for each company within the group.
Define target customer segments and create compelling value propositions.
Develop and maintain integrated campaign calendars for all brands.
Prepare and oversee the annual marketing budget to ensure optimal ROI.
Revenue & Lead Generation
Build and manage structured lead generation funnels.
Collaborate with sales teams by providing high-quality marketing materials and pitch decks.
Design and implement effective B2B acquisition campaigns.
Track, analyze, and optimize cost-per-lead metrics.
Enhance tender visibility and provide relevant market intelligence to support business development.
Brand Management
Standardize and maintain brand identity across all group companies.
Ensure consistent messaging and visual alignment across all communication channels.
Oversee the management of websites, social media platforms, PR, and digital presence.
Position the leadership team as industry thought leaders through strategic content and outreach.
Digital & Performance Marketing
Manage and optimize digital campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn and Google.
Supervise the creation of high-impact content such as case studies, brochures, and newsletters.
Focus on improving website traffic and conversion rates through SEO and SEM.
Implement and manage CRM or lead tracking systems to monitor performance.
Market Intelligence
Conduct regular competitor analysis and monitor industry trends.
Analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings.
Provide recommendations for new product or service positioning based on market data.
Team & Vendor Management
Manage relationships with external designers, marketing agencies, and content creators.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience specifically in B2B marketing.
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple brands simultaneously.
Strong technical capability in digital marketing and performance tracking.
A data-driven mindset with a strong commercial orientation.
Exceptional presentation, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
