Kobby Technologies Limited, an Oracle Partner specializing in IT solutions, services, and products, is seeking a Senior Finance HR and Admin Officer. This comprehensive role involves overseeing the organization's financial health, human resources administration, and general office management. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end finance functions, ensure statutory compliance, and support administrative logistics to maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & General Ledger Management
Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management accounts in line with IFRS standards.
Oversee general ledger integrity, review journal entries, and ensure all accounting records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
Manage month-end and year-end closure processes, including accruals, prepayments, deferred income, and revenue recognition.
Conduct monthly bank, M-Pesa, petty cash, customer, and supplier reconciliations and resolve items within defined timelines.
Prepare variance analysis reports and management dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
Maintain and optimize ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) workflows to enhance reporting accuracy.
Proven track record in implementing finance SOPs and internal controls.
Experience coordinating internal, external, and KRA audits.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an added advantage.
