The SAP Young Professionals Program is a free initiative delivered by the Digital Skills Center of SAP. It is designed to empower unemployed or underemployed recent university graduates with the skills and certifications needed to kickstart a career as an SAP Associate Consultant.
In this role, the consultant will contribute to blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrade phases of S/4 HANA projects. You will provide business process as well as functional expertise and project guidance to clients to ensure their investment in SAP software and consulting services makes their business a best-run business.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction in assigned accounts.
Grow and develop referenceable customers through investigation, analysis, consulting, coaching, and relationship-building efforts.
Support knowledge transfer to clients to ensure successful software adoption.
Participate in the design, implementation, and optimization of S/4 HANA projects.

Candidate Requirements
Must have the legal right to work in Kenya.
Must be currently unemployed or employed in a part-time/non-permanent role not related to career aspirations.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or AI.
Preferably graduated within the last 3 years.
Strong academic record (GPA in the top quartile preferred).
Keen interest in starting an SAP-related career involving travel.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
