This role as the Sales Operations Lead is responsible for administrative operations, invoicing, and customer accounts, leveraging strong system usage (specifically SAP). The lead is tasked with coordinating back-office teams and working closely with production and dispatch departments to ensure the timely release of orders.
Key Duties:
Administrative operations and documentation.
Invoicing and customer account management.
Managing and coordinating back-office/administrative teams.
Close coordination with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order release.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field (BA/BSc/HND).
5–8 years’ experience in sales operations or sales administration leadership.
Strong SAP / ERP experience and advanced Excel reporting capability.
Strong coordination, analytical, and leadership skills.
