The Sales Executive will be responsible for aggressively driving sales and revenue growth through the promotion, sale, and deployment of integrated software and hardware systems. The role requires a hunter-mindset professional who can independently prospect, close deals, and ensure successful installation and client handover in collaboration with technical teams.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Aggressively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for integrated systems solutions.
- Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts in line with company guidelines.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand client business needs and recommend appropriate software and hardware solutions.
- Handle objections professionally and negotiate commercially sound agreements.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term account retention.
Installation, Deployment & Implementation Support
- Coordinate the installation, configuration, and commissioning of sold software and hardware systems.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the technical/installation team.
- Conduct pre-installation site visits to assess requirements and system readiness.
- Ensure installations are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and system handover to clients.
- Provide basic user orientation and post-installation follow-up support where required.
- Escalate technical or operational issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.
Market Intelligence & Business Development
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, pricing, and product improvements.
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business opportunities.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensure all sales documentation and handover records are complete and compliant.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in B2B sales of software, hardware, or integrated systems.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
- Experience working with technical or installation teams is an added advantage.
