Stellar Human Resource Solutions is looking for a Sales Executive for a hotel located in Murang’a. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, securing event bookings, and managing corporate relationships to ensure the hotel achieves its sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively seek and identify new sales leads and business opportunities within the hospitality sector.
Focus on corporate sales, building and maintaining strong relationships with organizational clients.
Coordinate and secure bookings for events, conferences, and meetings.
Work consistently towards meeting or exceeding established sales targets.
Utilize Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools to document sales activities and results.
Represent the hotel professionally to potential clients and partners.
Qualifications and Experience
A Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of professional experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
A proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
Specific experience in handling corporate sales and event/conference bookings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
