Sales Executive

Platinum Credit Limited is a credit-only Micro-Finance Company licensed in Kenya under the Company’s Act. Founded in 2003, the company provides emergency loans primarily to Civil Servants, TSC members, and employees of selected companies, offering swift customer service and cash delivery in 24 hours.

The Role

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Executive specializing in LOGBOOK LOANS, based in Nairobi. The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth, generating new clients, meeting sales targets, and managing client relationships within the micro-finance sector.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Sales Executive will be responsible for:

1. Generating new business leads and meeting established sales targets.
2. Conducting market research to identify potential clients.
3. Presenting loan products effectively to potential clients.
4. Closing sales successfully.
5. Maintaining strong relationships with clients.
6. Providing excellent post-sale support to clients.
7. Handling regular reporting requirements.
8. Attending scheduled team meetings.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (BSc), or Higher National Diploma (HND).

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct market research and identify potential clients.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in the financial services or microfinance sector is a plus.
