Key Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will be responsible for:
- Sales Execution: Execute sales and business development by meeting or exceeding monthly targets for tractors and implements through proactive prospecting, lead follow-up, and presenting effective proposals.
- Customer Satisfaction: Drive customer loyalty and satisfaction by engaging in needs-based selling, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining a professional, trustworthy, and sincere attitude.
- Relationship Management: Manage the full customer relationship lifecycle, including providing pre-delivery training on product usage and maintenance, and conducting crucial post-sale follow-ups to promptly resolve operational issues.
- Market Presence: Build a strategic market presence by managing relationships with key stakeholders, including individual farmers, institutions, and community leaders.
- Product and Market Knowledge: Maintain expert product and market knowledge by staying updated on New Holland technologies and conducting continuous competitor analysis to inform and improve business decisions.
- Reporting and Compliance: Ensure robust reporting and financial compliance by maintaining accurate prospect records in the sales tracker, preparing required daily/weekly reports, and ensuring all Know Your Customer (KYC) documents adhere strictly to financial policies.
- Brand Representation: Uphold excellent brand representation by ensuring the showroom is always presentable, organizing effective promotions, and representing the brand professionally at public events and activations.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the wider team to share knowledge, participate actively in strategy sessions, and assist colleagues to ensure that overall team goals are successfully met.
Qualifications and Attributes
To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate the following:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in vehicle retail sales with a notable track record for achieving volume and profit targets.
- Education: A minimum of a degree in a business-related field. A Diploma in Sales & Marketing is considered a significant added advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications and possession of a valid driving license.
- Core Competencies: Must possess a high level of accuracy, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong, unwavering focus on customer satisfaction.
- Professional Attributes: Must be a proactive self-starter with the innate ability to solve problems independently and adapt quickly to changing environments.
