About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and excels at building connections, generating opportunities, and delivering results. You will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth through outbound prospecting and lead qualification.

Key Responsibilities

Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients
Schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
Build rapport with prospects and identify business needs
Collaborate with internal sales teams to support pipeline growth
Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs

Requirements

BA/BSc/HND qualification
2+ years of experience in sales (SDR, BDR, call center sales, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting)
Advanced or fluent English (C1+) with strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar)
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Ability to perform in a high-pressure, KPI-driven environment
Highly motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented
