Responsibilities (What you’ll do)
Greet and assist customers warmly, making every interaction memorable.
Actively sell products to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Share your product knowledge confidently and recommend related items to enhance customer value (upselling and cross-selling).
Maintain the store’s appearance and organization, ensuring it’s always inviting and professional.
Handle inventory accurately, including receiving, checking, and organizing stock.
Represent the company brand with integrity, professionalism, and respect.
Qualifications and Experience (What we’re looking for)
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND.
Previous retail sales experience is preferred; hospitality or service experience may also be considered.
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer engagement.
Ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
Accuracy in handling stock and following inventory procedures.
