Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers warmly, striving to make every interaction memorable.
Actively sell products and services to meet and exceed individual and overall store sales targets.
Confidently share comprehensive product knowledge and recommend related items (upselling and cross-selling) to enhance customer value.
Maintain the store’s appearance and organization, ensuring the environment is consistently inviting and professional.
Handle inventory accurately, including efficient receiving, checking, and organizing of stock.
Represent the company brand with the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and respect.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education:
A Bachelor's degree, Bachelor of Science (BSc), or Higher National Diploma (HND) qualification is required.
Experience & Skills:
Previous retail sales experience is preferred; relevant experience in hospitality or other service industries may also be considered.
Demonstrated strong communication skills and a genuine passion for proactive customer engagement.
Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
High level of accuracy in handling stock and strictly following all established inventory procedures.
