Responsibilities
Attend to customer inquiries.
Promote company products.
Process customer orders.
Generate quotations.
Support sales campaigns.
Maintain customer records.
Follow up customer orders.
Assist in product merchandising.
Conduct market visits.
Prepare daily sales reports.
Support customer collections.
Resolve customer complaints.
Maintain showroom displays.
Assist during promotional events.
Support business development activities.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Skills & Qualifications
Diploma in Sales & Marketing or a Business-related qualification.
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
FMCG experience is an added advantage.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Computer literacy.
Selling, negotiation, teamwork, and time management skills.
High integrity, problem-solving skills, and results orientation.
