Peoplelink Consultants Ltd is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Officer to drive brand growth and sales performance. The role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase engagement and brand awareness effectively. You will be responsible for managing the company’s digital presence, creating high-quality content, and executing sales strategies to reach targets. This position requires a proactive approach to lead generation, building client relationships, and monitoring campaign performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase engagement and brand awareness effectively.
Manage the company’s presence on key social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.), ensuring a consistent and impactful brand voice.
Create compelling, high-quality content, including posts, blogs, videos, and stories, tailored to each platform to maximize engagement and reach.
Assist in formulating and executing sales strategies to achieve the company’s goals and reach targets.
Design and execute targeted digital campaigns to promote specific products and services, attract new followers, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Actively identify and approach potential customers, both existing and new, to generate leads and close sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and support the preparation of sales presentations.
Help execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
Support the organization of webinars and events.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Work closely with other teams to align sales and marketing efforts.
Provide regular updates on sales activities and market trends.
Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (BA/BSc/HND).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the transport or automotive industry.
Good understanding of IT systems and tools.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in social media management and digital tools is a significant advantage.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
