The Sales and Marketing Executive at Coveted Human Resource Services Ltd is responsible for creating individualized design solutions to drive product and service sales. Working closely with the Managing Director and Head of Sales & Marketing, the executive assists clients at their design center and within their homes, utilizing exceptional customer service to meet sales quotas and implement marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Driving Sales
Solicit orders from new and prospective customers and expand the client base.
Provide samples, catalogs, and illustrations of the company’s product line.
Handle product inquiries and address customer concerns or product-related issues.
Nurture partnerships and key accounts from valued clients.
Survey, analyze, and prepare proposals for new prospects.
Execute social media marketing campaigns and write sales performance reports.
Prepare operational newsletters and persuasive marketing strategies.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Actively support Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts and content marketing.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and attend networking events.
Create and share engaging content daily across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok.
Interact with followers and respond to queries in a timely manner.
Showroom Management
Arrange merchandise visually to allow ease of movement and appeal.
Ensure accurate pricing on all articles and maintain updated price lists.
Advise management on items for restocking or removal from the catalog.
Monitor the condition of showroom equipment and maintain cleanliness throughout the day.
Customer Care
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Assist with order placement, refunds, or exchanges.
Handle incoming calls regarding billing, services, and product concerns.
Manage customer accounts using relevant computer software.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (BA/BSc/HND).
Skills: Exceptional customer service, interpersonal skills, and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing trends.
Knowledge of SEO and content creation.
Strong ability to research and develop marketing plans.
