Stellar Human Resource Solutions is looking for a Sacco Officer to be based in Nairobi. The Sacco Officer will be responsible for overseeing SACCO operations, managing loan processes, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day SACCO operations and member services.
Conduct thorough loan processing and ensure adherence to established procedures.
Maintain accurate financial records and member ledgers.
Prepare periodic financial reports for management review.
Utilize SACCO management systems and Microsoft Office for data management.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
CPA (Part I or II) is an added advantage.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a SACCO or similar financial institution.
Strong understanding of SACCO operations and loan processing procedures.
In-depth knowledge of financial reporting and record-keeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SACCO management systems.
