CIC Insurance Group Limited is seeking Sacco Assurance Sales Officers for Retail Sales in Rumuruti. This role offers an attractive performance-based retainer, incentives, and commissions. The primary objective of the position is to drive the growth of retail life insurance products by targeting the allocated market and managing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and product awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Business Generation: Generating new retail Life Business from the allocated market.
Client Education: Educating new and existing clients on retail Life products.
Service Delivery: Liaising with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to the clients.
Quotations: Providing timely and accurate quotations within the turnaround times.
Market Analysis: Gathering market intelligence to ensure an updated product range.
Retention: Following up to ensure persistency is at the acceptable rate.
Branding: Promoting the CIC brand in the region.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course. A Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
Professional Certifications: Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance (COP/ECOP). A Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA is an added advantage.
Age: Applicants must be 25 years and above.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, good negotiation skills, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer care skills.
