CIC Insurance Group Limited is seeking to recruit Sacco Assurance Sales Officers for its Retail Sales department in Marsabit. This role offers an attractive performance-based retainer, incentives, and commissions. The primary focus is to drive growth in the retail Life Business segment by engaging with clients and promoting the CIC brand.
Key Responsibilities
Generating new retail Life Business from the allocated market.
Educating new and existing clients on retail Life products.
Liaising with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to the clients.
Providing timely and accurate quotations within the turnaround times.
Gathering market intelligence to ensure an updated product range.
Following up to ensure persistency is at the acceptable rate.
Promoting the CIC brand.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course. A Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance such as COP (Certificate of Proficiency) or ECOP.
A Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA is an added advantage.
Age: 25 years and above.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer care skills.
