This role involves generating new retail Life Business and managing client relationships within the allocated market. The position offers an attractive performance-based retainer, incentives, and commissions, primarily focusing on driving the CIC brand and product adoption in the Lodwar region.
Key Responsibilities
Business Generation: Generate new retail Life Business from the allocated market segments.
Client Education: Educate both new and existing clients on the various retail Life insurance products available.
Service Delivery: Liaise with various internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to all clients.
Quotation Management: Provide timely and accurate quotations while adhering to established turnaround times.
Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence to assist in maintaining an updated and competitive product range.
Persistency Management: Follow up with clients to ensure that policy persistency remains at an acceptable rate.
Brand Promotion: Actively promote the CIC brand in the market.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course. A Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
Professional Certification: Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance such as COP (Certificate of Proficiency) or ECOP are required.
Preferred Certifications: A Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA certification is considered an added advantage.
Age Requirement: Applicants must be 25 years of age and above.
