This role offers an attractive performance-based retainer, incentives, and commissions. The primary focus is to drive and generate new retail Life Business within the allocated market in Iten while maintaining high standards of customer service and brand representation.
Key Responsibilities
Business Generation: Actively generate new retail Life Business from the assigned market.
Client Education: Educate both new and existing clients on various retail Life products offered by the company.
Departmental Liaison: Coordinate with various departments to ensure clients receive timely and efficient service delivery.
Quotations: Prepare and provide accurate quotations to prospective clients within the established turnaround times.
Market Intelligence: Gather and report market intelligence to help maintain and update the competitive product range.
Retention: Conduct follow-ups to ensure business persistency remains at acceptable rates.
Brand Promotion: Act as an ambassador to promote the CIC brand effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course; a Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
Professional Certifications: Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance such as COP or ECOP are required.
Advanced Certification: A Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA is considered an added advantage.
Skills: Must possess excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Customer Care: Demonstrated excellence in customer care.
Age: Candidates must be 25 years of age and above.
