CIC Insurance Group Limited is seeking to recruit Sacco Assurance Sales Officers for the Retail Sales department based in Eldoret. This role offers an attractive performance-based retainer, incentives, and commissions. The primary focus is on generating new retail Life business and providing exceptional service to clients within the allocated market.
Key Responsibilities
Generating new retail Life Business from the allocated market.
Educating new and existing clients on retail Life products.
Liaising with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to the clients.
Providing timely and accurate quotations within the turnaround times.
Gathering market intelligence to ensure an updated and relevant product range.
Following up to ensure policy persistency is at the acceptable rate.
Promoting the CIC brand in the region.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course.
A Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance (e.g., COP/ECOP).
A Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer care skills.
Must be aged 25 years and above.
