Room Steward - Kisumu Hotel

Responsibilities

While specific duties are not itemized in the posting, a Room Steward is generally expected to:

• Clean and service guest rooms to the required hotel standards.
• Change bed linens and towels.
• Restock guest room amenities such as soaps, shampoos, and refreshments.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages found in the rooms.
• Ensure guest privacy and security are respected at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness in the corridors and service areas.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service in a hotel environment.
