We are seeking a Risk and Compliance Officer to ensure that our operations remain fully compliant with internal policies and external regulatory frameworks.
Duties and Responsibilities
Policy Checklist: Prepare and maintain a checklist to ensure strict compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a key point of coordination and support between the Company and external parties, including regulatory bodies, external auditors, the company secretary, and legal advisors.
Regulatory Oversight: Verify that all regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated effectively across the organization.
Consulting and Strategy: Perform consulting services for management by participating in projects designed to introduce new and/or changing processes and products.
Ad-hoc Duties: Execute any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor or Management from time to time.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
CISI Level 1 and 2 (Mandatory).
Certified Public Accountant (Final Level) is preferred.
Professional certification in Risk Management (e.g., FRM, PRM, CRISC) is an added advantage.
At least 3-5 years’ experience within a regulated financial institution.
