Key Responsibilities and Duties
Provide specialist advice and operational support for daily tasks to ensure business efficiency.
Execute predefined objectives and targets as per the bank's agreed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain high standards of service and operational excellence in all banking tasks.
Support the broader team in achieving departmental objectives related to business development and lead generation.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: A Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies is required.
Experience: Entry-level candidates with the required professional certificate are eligible to apply.
