Job Description
This role involves being a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative, joining a team dedicated to selling premium handcrafted leather products (including shoes, bags, and accessories). The primary objective is to provide exceptional in-store service, drive sales, and create a memorable shopping experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers, providing friendly and professional service.
Promote and sell a range of high-quality leather products, including shoes, bags, and accessories.
Maintain an organized, attractive, and well-stocked store environment.
Handle sales transactions, returns, and customer inquiries efficiently.
Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
Support store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and promotional activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) is required.
Previous retail sales or customer service experience is essential, preferably in fashion, footwear, or luxury goods.
Tertiary education in Business, Marketing, or Fashion is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with a proactive sales approach.
Strong attention to detail, presentation, and organization skills.
A passion for fashion, leather products, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
