Retail Marketing Manager

The Retail Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand visibility and sales through effective in-store campaigns, event management, and budget oversight. This role involves working closely with suppliers, agencies, and mall management to ensure a consistent and high-quality shopper experience across all branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Lead in-store campaign execution across all branches, ensuring strong visibility, accurate point-of-sale (POS) materials, and consistent promotion rollouts.
• Event Management: Plan and deliver retail events and partner activations end-to-end, including the coordination of suppliers, agencies, and mall management.
• Budget Management: Own the retail marketing budget, track expenditures, report on performance, and support seasonal planning efforts.
• KPI Tracking: Monitor key retail KPIs, share performance insights, and recommend improvements to strengthen in-store performance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in retail marketing, brand activation, or operational marketing.
• Operational Skills: Proven ability to manage budgets, suppliers, and on-ground execution in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Mindset: Strong shopper experience mindset with a sharp eye for brand consistency.
• Soft Skills: Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
