Job Description
Trianum Hospitality was founded in 2010 with a vision to establish a network of high quality, fully furnished and serviced apartments and boutique hotels in multiple locations across the country. We are committed to delivering the best in serviced and furnished apartments, apartment hotels, and boutique hotels. We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and maintain high standards of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to uphold service excellence.
Staff Management: Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional food and beverage service and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Feedback Handling: Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
Operational Oversight: Oversee inventory management, stock control, and procurement coordination.
Financial Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, budgets, and implement cost control measures.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through promotions, up-selling, and active client engagement.
Event Support: Support conferencing and events sales initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager OR 5 years as a Restaurant Supervisor.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Solid financial and operational management capability.
Understanding and experience in menu development and costing.
