Job Description
Sheer Logic Management Consultants (SLMC) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in delivering efficient and professional HR services. The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job adverts, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Onboarding: Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Documentation: Prepare HR documentation including contracts, letters, and reports.
Employee Relations: Handle employee queries with professionalism and confidentiality.
Staff Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and staff development initiatives.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
