The Recreation & Guest Experience Manager is responsible for creating immersive, revenue-generating guest experiences that elevate satisfaction, drive engagement, and position the resort as a leading lifestyle destination.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Develop and implement unique, trend-driven recreation and entertainment programs, incorporating local culture, nature, and tailored experiences for diverse guest segments.\n* Drive high levels of guest participation through engaging activity schedules, personalized interactions, and continuous improvement based on guest feedback and insights.\n* Design and execute holistic wellness offerings, including fitness, mindfulness, and spa-integrated programs, aligned with modern lifestyle trends.\n* Plan and deliver innovative entertainment and social events, managing all aspects of production including scheduling, staging, and guest experience.\n* Manage recreational facilities and introduce modern sports and adventure activities that enhance guest engagement and overall experience.\n* Identify and implement revenue-generating opportunities through premium experiences, packages, events, and strategic partnerships.\n* Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing recreation team, fostering a culture of creativity, energy, and exceptional guest service.\n* Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational policies while leveraging digital platforms and social media to promote activities and enhance brand visibility.\n\n### Key Qualifications\n* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Sports Management, Recreation Management, or a related field.\n* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recreation, entertainment, or guest experience management within a resort or hospitality environment.\n* Proven experience in designing and executing innovative guest experiences and events.\n* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop high-energy teams.\n* Solid understanding of wellness, lifestyle, and hospitality trends, including digital and social media engagement.\n* Knowledge of health, safety, and risk management standards within recreational operations.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested and qualified?
