Job Description
Our client is looking for a Results-Driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and drive revenue growth in the Kenyan property market. This opportunity is designed for individuals who have a deep understanding of land transactions, title processes, and the strategic skills necessary to convert leads into sales.
Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed set revenue targets.
Drive revenue growth specifically within the Kenyan land and property market.
Manage and oversee land transactions, ensuring a clear understanding of title processes.
Implement strategies to effectively convert leads into successful sales.
Maintain and build strong relationships with clients through exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Conduct training sessions for the sales team to improve performance and efficiency.
Navigate and ensure compliance with Kenyan land laws and regulatory processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Possession of a BA/BSc/HND degree.
Mandatory Experience: A minimum of 4 years’ experience specifically in land sales.
Management Experience: At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a sales environment.
Knowledge: Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Kenyan land laws and property transaction processes.
Track Record: Proven ability to consistently hit and exceed sales targets.
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
