Role Overview
The Radio & TV Producer / Presenter will be responsible for creating, producing, and hosting engaging content across both radio and television platforms. The role requires a creative individual who can develop program ideas and create compelling content aligned with the values and mission of Family Media, ensuring high editorial and production standards are maintained throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
Produce and present engaging radio and television programs.
Develop program ideas and create compelling content aligned with the values and mission of Family Media.
Plan and manage shows from concept to broadcast.
Conduct interviews and lead discussions on-air.
Work closely with management and the production team to ensure high editorial and production standards.
Take responsibility for preparing and producing shows.
Requirements and Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in broadcasting, media production, or presenting.
Relevant BA/BSc/HND qualification.
Proven ability to produce and manage your own programs.
Strong storytelling and communication skills.
A lifestyle and professional attitude that aligns with the Christian values of the station.
Ability to work within a structured team under the leadership of Family Media.
Experience in both radio and television production is considered a significant advantage.
