QSR Country General Manager - Kenya

An exciting opportunity has become available as QSR Country Manager with this expanding hospitality group established across the continent!\n\nAs Country General Manager, you’ll be responsible for leadership & brand growth in-country by driving operational excellence, ensuring brand standards, & delivering sustainable profitability through effective leadership, financial & market strategies.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Ensure brand standards are consistently met across all locations to provide an exceptional customer experience.\n* Manage key stakeholder relationships, fostering solid and collaborative communication.\n* Plan and drive brand expansion from the initial feasibility study stages.\n* Implement marketing strategies that resonate with local consumer preferences and maintain local relevance.\n* Oversee and deliver on key strategic and operational special projects.\n* Manage all legal and regulatory compliance, ensuring operational risk is minimized.\n* Accountable for driving P&L performance, cost optimization, and overall business profitability.\n* Strategize and streamline procurement channels to ensure seamless restaurant operations.\n\n### Requirements\n* Exposure to the Ugandan market or Sub-Saharan location experience is essential.\n* Fluency in English and/or Swahili (both written and verbal).\n* International casual restaurant or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) specialist background.\n* Previous experience in a similar position managing multiple outlets (ideally minimum 10-15 outlets).\n* A Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA is highly advantageous.\n* Energetic, positive, efficient, driven, creative, optimistic, and proactive personality.
