Job Description
We are looking for a competent, energetic and experienced Cook/Chef to join our team and support the provision of quality meals to patients, staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Support the provision of quality, hygienic, and nutritious meals to patients, staff, and visitors.
Prepare meals for large numbers of people in a timely manner.
Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and nutrition principles in the kitchen.
Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage Production, Culinary Arts, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year experience in a busy institution, hospital, hotel, or restaurant
Experience in preparing meals for large numbers of people
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and nutrition principles
