Job Summary
The Psychologist will be responsible for providing mental health assessment, counseling, and therapy services to support patient psychological well-being. This role involves working closely with clinical teams to design and implement effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
Psychological Assessments: Conduct thorough psychological assessments to identify patient needs, mental health conditions, and behavioral patterns.
Therapy and Intervention: Provide individual or group therapy sessions and implement evidence-based mental health interventions.
Treatment Planning: Develop and monitor holistic treatment plans in collaboration with multi-disciplinary clinical teams.
Records Management: Maintain accurate and highly confidential patient records in accordance with professional standards.
Requirements
Education: A Bachelor's or Higher degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
Certification: Valid registration and licensing with the relevant professional regulatory body in Kenya.
Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, proficiency in various therapeutic techniques, and excellent interpersonal communication.
