As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for the full life cycle, end-to-end delivery of multiple operational, business, IT, and telephony-focused projects. This role involves the effective management of multi-disciplined project teams using planning tools such as MS Project, Timeline, and MS Planner.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full life cycle, end-to-end delivery of multiple operational, business, IT, and telephony projects.
Handle conflicting deadlines in a pressurized environment, providing quality solutions at pace.
Manage simultaneous complex projects and work across internal and external teams.
Demonstrate an ability and experience of conflict management to resolution.
Work remotely with colleagues, clients, and external suppliers using strong verbal and written communication skills.
Work autonomously, seeking permission to proceed as required from internal and external stakeholders.
Manage changing requirements, perform rapid impact analysis, and make recommendations.
Apply strong Prince2 methodology (Planning, Governance, Reporting) and experience in Agile delivery.
Oversee Risk and Issues Management and reporting.
Utilize strong IT skills, including MS Office suite, MS Project, and MS Planner.
Requirements
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND degree.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in project management.
Domain Experience: Experience in account management, 3rd party (internal and external) vendor management, project management, and/or operations management within a Contact Centre environment.
Project Delivery: Sole responsibility for end-to-end project delivery within a Contact Centre or similar environment.
Customer Focus: Experience of external customer-facing projects.
Stakeholder Management: Outstanding stakeholder relationship skills (internal and external).
Track Record: Proven delivery of cross-functional projects, ideally including initiatives over £1m.
Project Types: Experience in operational improvement projects, IT application development/deployment, and telephony projects.
Certification: Current Prince 2 Practitioner qualification is required; an Agile qualification is preferred.
