Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing specific projects, operations, and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on documentation, compliance, and managing relationships across multiple stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multi-stakeholder relationships and communications to ensure project alignment.
• Adhere to and meet strict project and operational deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of documentation and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize digital tracking tools and Microsoft Office to monitor progress and efficiency.
• Oversee operations and onboarding activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in project coordination, operations, or onboarding.
• Language: Fluency in both English and Kiswahili (written and spoken).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with digital project tracking tools.
• Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on process compliance.
