Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly analytical Process & Compliance Lead to join our Supply Chain Management team. This pivotal role ensures effective lease management, procurement compliance, partner performance, and risk mitigation across all supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lease & Site Management: Oversee acquisition, renewal, and compliance of property leases and regulatory licenses.
Supply Chain Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to minimize business exposure.
Systems & Reporting: Manage ERP/Oracle and contract management systems; prepare dashboards and compliance reports.
Partner Performance: Conduct evaluations, manage partner relationships, and ensure satisfaction.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to procurement policies, audit requirements, and supplier master data integrity.
Requirements
University degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
Professional certification such as CIPS (UK) is an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a multinational procurement/commercial environment; telecom exposure is a plus.
Strong knowledge of ERP/Oracle systems, procurement principles, and purchase-to-pay processes.
Excellent interpersonal skills, financial acumen, and analytical ability.
Proactive problem-solving and decision-making.
Ability to work under minimal supervision with operational latitude.
Strong collaboration across departments and with external partners.
