Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operational tasks within the shipping and logistics departments.
• Support teams in handling documentation related to customs clearance and ships agency.
• Provide administrative support and assist in customer service activities.
• Learn and utilize company software and systems for tracking and operational management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should hold professional and academic qualifications in any of the following fields to join the next intake:

• Customs Clearance
• Ships Agency
• Supply Chain Management
• Customer Service
• Accounts & Finance
• Digital Marketing & Graphic Design
• Engineering
• Office Administration, and related courses.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be a recent graduate from a recognized university or institution.
• Must demonstrate excellent academic performance as shown by recent academic records.
• Must be computer literate and proficient in standard office applications.
