Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily processing plant operations.
Develop production schedules.
Ensure food safety compliance and regulatory standards.
Implement quality assurance procedures.
Supervise production employees and optimize team efficiency.
Monitor production costs and minimize product waste.
Ensure equipment maintenance and coordinate production planning.
Manage inventory and raw materials.

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management.
At least 5 years of experience in food processing and manufacturing.
Demonstrated knowledge of HACCP and ISO Standards.
Strong leadership, production planning, and budget management skills.
Proficiency in computer applications and problem-solving.
